We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, upload files, or contact support. This includes your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and any content you choose to store in your workspace.

We also collect usage data automatically — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform — to improve reliability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Nexaro Workspace service
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Send transactional emails (password resets, file share notifications)
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your files are stored using Azure Blob Storage with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is controlled via role-based permissions. We perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded files will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

• Service providers — such as cloud infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to the same privacy commitments

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You may also request a full export of your data by contacting us at privacy@nexaro.io.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
