Frequently Asked Questions

How is Nexaro different from SharePoint?

SharePoint requires expensive Microsoft 365 licences, IT setup, and ongoing admin. Nexaro is a web-based SaaS you can set up in minutes, with a clean interface your team will actually use — at a fraction of the cost.

Can I share files with people outside my workspace?

Yes. You can generate a shareable link for any file. Links can be password-protected and set to expire after a specific date or number of downloads.

Where is my data stored?

All files are stored on Microsoft Azure in South Africa North or the closest available region. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

Can I try Nexaro before paying?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 3 users. Paid plans also include a 14-day free trial.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your files before cancelling. After cancellation your account enters a 30-day grace period, after which all data is permanently deleted.
